In the 2016-17 academic year, UVA CAC advisors: Held 19,374 one-one advising sessions (68 percent) Met with 4,536 seniors (82 percent) through either a one-on-one meeting or small group session Supported 3,055 seniors in completing the FAFSA Arranged 2,900 college rep visits and 656 campus visits Supported 2,502 seniors in registering for the ACT or SAT at least once Helped 4,032 seniors (73 percent) submit 11,855 applications Supported seniors in securing 50 million dollars in institutional aid and scholarships (Over 43 million dollars in institutional aid and 6 million in scholarship dollars)
